This information includes- name, address, mailing address, telephone number, e – mail address, credit card number, debit card number including the three-digit code that appears on the back of your credit card, debit card, cardholder name, expiration date, information about the travel, bookings, co passengers, transaction history with Green Tourist and any other information that is shared by users of the website.

Collection & Handling of personal information

We respect your privacy and take it very seriously. We do not sell or rent your contact information to any other entities. The purpose of collection of this information is to serve you better and ensure we at Green Tourist provide you with all the services that we commit to. In order to make a purchase on our website, we would require personal Information like your name, credit card number and expiration date, credit card billing address, telephone number, e – mail address and number of people, destination, for the sake of traveling. The objective of collecting this information is to complete the requirements of the transactions. If you are making a reservation on behalf on another individual, you confirm that these travellers have agreed in advance and you are responsible for the information shared with you on behalf of them. We also use the information provided by you to customize the website to meet your specific needs.

Tenure for Retention of Personal information

Green Tourist retains this information for however long we feel necessary to fulfil the objective defined by our policy documents.

Cancellation Fees

If you cancel your booking within the cancellation policy period, a deduction of up to 3% for payment gateway charges will apply.

Refund Process

The refund amount will be credited to the original source of payment within seven days of cancellation.

Within 2 Days of Booking
10% or ₹2000, whichever is higher
(If Reporting Date is on or after 7 Days)

50% of Booking Amount
(If Reporting Date is within 7 days)

After 2 Days of Booking
50% of the Booking Amount
(If Reporting Date is more or equal to 7 Days)

100% of the Booking Amount
(If Reporting Date is within 7 Days)

NON-REFUNDABLE RIDE CANCELLATIONS

You can book some rides at a discounted, non-refundable price. If this option is available for your ride, well let you know at the time of booking.

EARLY RETURNS

There are no credits/refunds issued for early returns except when the request has been made early to shorten the ride and the such request has been accepted in the Services, as defined in the Terms of Service.

Extras, half of any delivery, protection plan, and young driver fee costs are always refunded if a trip is cancelled.

RIDE MODIFICATIONS

For any rides where a trip modification is requested after the free cancellation period has ended, the cancellation policy and any associated fees from before the modification will apply.

NO-SHOWS

If you want to cancel a booked trip, you must notify as soon as possible. If you fail to cancel and dont show up for the ride after an hour of the trips start time, it will be considered as a no-show.

Extras, protection plans, half of any delivery fee, and driver fee costs are always refunded if you fail to show up for the trip. We retain half of the delivery fee amount, if and as applicable.
